About Shaman Wai

Wai is a New Zealand born female Mâori elder Matakite (seer) spiritual advisor, shaman wisdom teacher, life coach, mentor and counsellor. She works with people worldwide who have issues that relate to emotional and spiritual imbalances, caused often through the environment and society they have chosen or not chosen to live in.

In many cases these issues can be seen as linked to influences or actions of others. The loss of self-identity and emotional fragmentation is often caused by inability to move through the process of grief of the past or the now.

Wai is working in her role as a counsellor, life coach/mentor, Shaman, Matakite, spiritual advisor and healer. Her mission statement is to raise peoples' consciousness to the levels of white light, knowing that when this happens all conditions will roll away,

Currently Wai is involved with two long term study programs where she is the wisdom teacher/shaman/healer. She is the sole teacher for the programs and has just completed module 2 of 6 modules for study group one in Italy. The second study group commences in 2006.

Each module is intensive and is for a period of three weeks twice yearly. The current group consists of 22 participants from Switzerland, Austria and all parts of Germany. 85% of all long-term participants are involved in the medical world, and own their own practices or have practices in alternative healing. Wai was contracted by the Shaman Healers Association head quarters based in Munich Germany to conduct these programs.

For the past years, Wai participated in the International Shamans Kongress.
