Who are The Ancient Ones (TAO)?

"Shaman Wai, have you heard of The Ancient Ones?" Timotheus asked.

The year was 2004. The month of October. The place was a small chinese restaurant in Chinatown, Singapore. Shaman Wai had just conducted a workshop. Few students (including Timotheus)
were about to wind down after a wonderful and challenging
workshop. Dinner had been ordered. There was small talk
discussing spiritual topics when Timotheus suddenly decided
to this pertinent question.

Shaman Wai suddenly stopped what she was doing, and turned to gaze at Timotheus. Everyone else at the dinner table became silent, curious to hear what Shaman Wai has to say.

"Why do you ask? What do you know about The Ancient Ones?" Shaman Wai smiled as she queried.

"I had been receiving messages. Visions. Since the year 2000.
And I have been hearing "We are The Ancient Ones". So I wondered
if you have heard of them?"

Shaman Wai's smile broadened, "I have. Tell me a little about the messages you heard."

"One of the messages said they are ancient beings, who had been here since the beginning. And they are returning soon. (there was more shared, but that will be left for another day - Timotheus)" answered Timotheus.

Shaman Wai exclaimed excitedly, "There is a person you must meet! Remind me later. (then noticing Timotheus kept moving his neck, rotating that area) You're a natural channeler." Shaman Wai smiled. Dinner was served. And everyone began to tuck in.

We love mornings.

That is the time when all of earth's energies are crackling in alignment. Rays of light from the sun gives life. The prana dances. And the elements shifts and changes.

What we love most about mornings is when Divine Beings return to Earth - stretching, yawning, awakening - remembering without quite remembering, sometimes for just the flickering of a second, that all is right in the world and that their greatness has never needed to be proven.

Divine Beings just like you.

"You struggle. Trying to physically manipulate the circumstances of your life. Did you know that this is a misunderstanding of how those circumstances were actually created? For the focus placed on them during the struggle actually serves to keep things from changing.

Acceptance and Gratitude, on the other hand, reveal an understanding that today's circumstances arose from yesterday's focus. This encourages introspection. Fuels new thought. And actually serves to hasten change.

Acceptance and Gratitude. These are the keys, Dear Beloved Ones.

“Greetings of Gentleness, Joy and Love. Ah … it is right that this message be given NOW. Some of you will know this message. Some will find it familiar deep inside your Self. Like a secret hidden within your cells.

And many will awaken.

When you sit, who are sitting?
When you stand, who are standing?
When you walk, who are walking?
Are you understanding this?
You, You and YOU?
Body, Mind and Spirit.
The Trinity.
The One.

When you sit, your body, mind and spirit are sitting. When you stand, your body, mind and spirit are standing. When you walk, your body, mind and spirit are walking. You are NEVER just the body, or the mind or the spirit.

Have you spoken to a friend and spoke only with your mouth? Have you listened only with your ears? Have you sat on a bus or a train or a plane and watched the beauty of the world only with your eyes?

Where is the Spirit of you?
Where is the union of the Trinity when walking, talking, standing, sitting, watching?

That is what is wished for you to re-member at all times.

Whatever you do, whenever you do it, whereever it is done, you do it with your body, mind and spirit. When you are sitting, be aware that your body is the expression of your mind to sit. The Spirit is aware of the sitting.

When you are standing, be aware that your body is still and an expression of your mind to be still. The Spirit is aware of the stillness.

When you walk, be aware that your body is walking and is the expression of the mind to walk. The Spirit joins in the walking.

It may take practice for some to be fully aware of this trinity of action. Some of you are beginning to feel your senses being aware and adjusting. Relax and let your senses feel and adjust. Some may feel the mind getting confused or dazed.

Be not afraid.

Rejoice for your body, mind and spirit are awakening to the balance of trinity in action! The mind and body have lived for as long as can be re-membered.
It is time for the Spirit to Live!
