What is the Heart Workshop?
This is a workshop that harvests the heart energies into the medicine stone
that will be created by you. Besides being a decorative piece of art in your
home or work desk, a Heart Stone will remind you of your own inner voice,
your emotions, your safe harbor, your anchor point in your life.
Whenever you feel tired or stressed from the mundane things in life, you can always gently hold your Heart Stone, feel it rest on your palms, and be immersed by the calm and healing energies that flow from that special place in your heart.
The Heart Stone also assists to connect you with Mother Earth. You can feel loved by Mother Earth, and find peace and comfort again.
During the process of creating your very own Heart Stone, you can choose to paint your own special picture/heart on the stone and/or use the available materials to decorate your heart on the stone.
At the end of the process, a meditation will be conducted to connect you to your own heart stone!
